Return Policy


Fowler-Outdoors stands behind the quality of everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a 90 day no hassle return policy. If you placed your order at Fowler-Outdoors.com, please Contact Us here. You will need your web order number and email address associated with your order.

All items must be returned in their original packaging including hangers, bags, tags, and wader boxes. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it has been altered, damaged, or worn. *Not all items are eligible to be returned.

Items purchased at full retail price submitted for a return within the first 60 days are eligible to receive a refund back to the original form of payment. Items purchased at full retail price submitted for a return after 60 days will only receive store credit. Items purchased at sale price will only be eligible for a store credit.

All returns are subject to a processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. There will be a $7.95 fee for refunds to the original form of payment or a $2.95 fee for refunds in the form of store credit.

All returns must be received within 30 days of the date requested. The Return Authorization number and shipping label sent will be canceled after 30 days.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued 3-5 business days after our Returns Team receives your package. Please allow additional processing time during peak shipping times and holidays.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Our Warranty is for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is available to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your item was purchased from one of our certified dealer locations and fails during use within 30-60 days of purchased date, please contact the store before submitting a warranty ticket. If your item is older than 60 days, please provide your proof of purchase with your Warranty Claim Ticket. Warranty Claim CANNOT be filed without a proof of purchase or a Fowler-Outdoors web order number. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to provide the best solutions for your situation. Your request will be assigned to a Customer Support Agent through our Customer Support Portal.
